SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS


7.1 Each shipment contains:
• i / the product / or ordered / or;
• the relevant transport document / invoice;
• any accompanying documentation required according to the shipping country;
• informative and marketing.

7.2 The delivery of the purchased products.
7.2.1 Products purchased will be delivered by courier identified by the Seller to the shipping address indicated by the customer on the Order. At the end of the buying process you will be asked to the customer whether it is going the same insure the shipment.

7.2.2 For shipments to Italy, FerrarisBoutique free will send the products purchased by the customer.
For shipments abroad, the delivery costs will vary depending on the destination country.

7.2.3 For the shipment of products, FerrarisBoutique uses the service offered by the Courier DHL, except in cases where the destination countries are Russia or North Korea.
In such cases, the seller will make use of the service offered by the Italian Post Office by International registered, for which it is not intended to charge customs duties. Shipping via International Registered expected delivery times ranging from five to twenty days, depending on the destination country. The delivery times of DHL Courier are estimated at 24 / 48h for Italy and are generally not more than 3 days for the rest of the world. In any case, in contracts concluded with consumers it is subject to the provisions under art. 61 Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, therefore FerrarisBoutique undertakes to deliver the goods without undue delay and at the latest within thirty days after the conclusion of the contract. In the event of non-delivery, will esperirsi the remedies provided by the above mentioned article of the Consumer Code.

7.2.4 Upon receipt of the goods at your location, it requires that the customer verify the integrity of packages upon delivery by the Courier.
In case of malfunction, the Customer shall make written record the same by the carrier and reject the delivery. Otherwise forfeit the Customer's ability to assert rights in this regard.

7.2.5 FerrarisBoutique not be responsible for failure or delay in delivery due to force majeure (for example: strikes, fires, floods, transportation difficulties, etc.).
Seller shall promptly notify the customer the occurrence and the loss of a force majeure event, and, if this case were to persist for a period longer than thirty days, either party may withdraw from the contract. In the case of termination pursuant to this Section 7.2.5, the Client shall not be entitled to any compensation or damages of any kind, subject to the right to the refund of the amount already paid as consideration for the product covered by the order.

7.2.6 In the event of a purchase made by a consumer, the risk of loss or damage of the goods will transfer to the Buyer when the same or a third party, will materially possession of the goods.
In the event of a purchase made by a Professional, the risk of accidental perishing shall pass to the customer upon delivery of the product by FerrarisBoutique to the carrier.
